Complaints procedure

SEMAFO Foundation  has a Complaints procedure  (in French) and is committed to collecting and processing all claims against the Foundation, through a member of its staff, volunteers or third parties acting on its behalf. In the event that the internal process for resolving the complaint has not satisfied the complainant, the Committee on Code of Ethics of Imagine Canada is committed to deal with complaints relating to the Code of Ethical fundraising and financial accountability.
